This upgrade is based on the three major proposals BTIP-89/90/91, focusing on the transformation of storage service providers to dedicated Nodes, unifying the custody of file Metadata through smart contracts, and implementing distributed decision-making through on-chain governance as key innovations. This upgrade will enhance the reliability, transparency, and degree of decentralization of the network. This version is dedicated to the testing phase, and developers can participate in technical validation based on their needs. Please look forward to the mainnet version.
