Many people strive to change themselves, yet they become increasingly anxious and exhausted, often giving up repeatedly. This is because while you say you want to change, you are constantly reinforcing your old identity. For example, when you say: I want to change my procrastination, you are actually silently telling yourself: I am a procrastinator. You want to change feelings of inferiority, poverty, and obesity, but essentially you are deepening the identification of not being good enough in your subconscious. This starting point resists who you are rather than nurturing your growth, and your actions can only rely on external pressure for support, never truly transforming into genuine inner drive. Real transformation is not about changing, but about awakening. You do not need to become another person; what you need to do is awaken the self that has always existed but has been forgotten. You are not transitioning from inferiority to confidence; you are simply awakening that inherently confident and powerful part of you, which has been suppressed, doubted, and ignored. Who I am determines what I do, and consequently, what I have. In the past, I tried to escape my feelings of inferiority through change, but it only led to more internal conflict. Until one day, I shifted my mindset: I am inherently a sunny and confident person. From that moment on, I began to think, speak, and act as a confident person, and my entire state fundamentally changed. This secret can be applied in all areas, especially wealth and happiness: most people get trapped in this pattern: I must do in order to have, and I must have in order to be. For example, I must work hard to make money to become rich, to become a wealthy person. But the truly transformative mindset is: I already am, therefore I do, and I will naturally have. I am inherently a wealthy, happy, and loving person; I act from this identity, and I will naturally possess wealth, happiness, and love. Money flows towards those who do not lack money, and love flows towards those who do not lack love. Happiness is never chased; rather, you first become a happy person. There is nothing outside the heart; everything is inherently complete, and all is sought within. Therefore, real change is not about striving to eliminate something, but about redefining who you are: awakening that better self within you, living and acting from that identity, and you will naturally attract the results you desire.
